Classical Ballet & Preparation for Dance program
Olga is a recognized teacher and principal choreographer of the studio with over 30 years of experience in teaching ballet and other forms of dance. Olga recalls discovering her passion for ballet as early as at 3 years old. She started dancing at the age of 6 at the studio that she many years later overtook as director and principal choreographer. Olga’s early love for ballet made dancing the case of her entire life.
After dancing all her childhood, Olga went on to study the art of dance further. She successfully completed a Graduate Diploma in Cultural & Educational Work majoring in Dance at the State College of the Arts. She continued her studies in the field of choreography and went on to study Ballet Choreography and Production at the Kemerovo State Academy of Culture and Arts, expanding her knowledge and skills as a choreographer and teacher. After a few years of teaching, Olga returned to study again & completed a Master equivalent degree further expanding her knowledge and skills in pedagogy.
After moving to Australia, Olga accepted the challenge of working in a completely new dance environment and attained positions at two different dance schools in Queensland. She proved her natural talent for teaching, her students received excellent results at examinations and at local competitions.
After gaining extensive experience at local dance schools and learning the environment, systems and local standards, Olga decided to combine her experience in running her own studio in the past and knowledge of local standards and systems. In 2004 Olga laid the foundation for Maximo Dance Studio and began teaching at her own studio again. Throughout the years Olga inspired many of her students to become professional dancers, choreographers and teachers and she continues her work at the studio providing highest quality of dance education and sharing her passion for ballet with her students.

Jodi was born in Jersey, Channel Islands, UK. She started dancing at the age of 2 and trained in Ballet, Tap and Modern ISTD up to intermediate level whilst also taking her Advanced Subsidiary level Dance at the secondary school. She went on to gain a Bachelor degree with Honors in Dance at University College Chichester, UK, specialising in Contemporary Dance and later went on to complete a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Dance teaching at De Montford University.
Jodi has taught within schools for the last 12 years and started choreographing in 2007. She has taken dance teams to compete in the Dance World Cup in Brighton & Jersey, UK, Portugal, Germany and Paris, France. The dancers have competed in Hip-Hop and Contemporary and to date achieved 3 Gold medals at the World Championships and many awards at local dance competitions.
Throughout her years teaching Jodi has inspired many students to go on and develop their careers in dance. They have gone on to be professional dancers or teachers working all over the world.
Preparation for Dance Program, Jazz & Lyrical
As a graduate of the Kim Bowkett Dance Centre, Julianne has had extensive training in Classical Ballet, CSTD Tap & Jazz, Cabaret, Lyrical dance and Musical Theatre. She has completed her CSTD Jazz and Tap Teaching Certificates and has taught throughout Brisbane for over 20 years, including her current role of Resident Choreographer at Queensland Musical Theatre (QMT).
Her performance credits include Warana, Christmas in Storyland and various Westfield shows. Julianne also performed in numerous shows for QMT , among them Anything Goes, No, No Nannette, Bitter Sweet, Cabaret and Sweet Charity. She recently performed in A Cabaret Sensation with Guys n Doll Revue which was a fabulous opportunity to expand her theatrical skills.
Her QMT choreographic credits include The Merry Widow (2009) Oliver! (2011), West Side Story (2013), The Wizard of Oz (2014), The Music Man (2015), Carousel (2016), Cinderella (2017) and Legally Blonde (2018).
Julianne recently undertook Musical Theatre masterclasses at the Broadway Dance Centre in New York, gaining invaluable knowledge for her Musical Threatre work. She was recently a finalist in the Gold Palm Theatre Awards for Best Choreographer in a Community Theatre Play or Musical.

Georgina Kueter studied at the Australian Dance Performance Institute graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre. Since then, she has traveled the world for the past 10 years performing for companies such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Universal Studios Singapore, Dubai Parks and Resorts and Resorts World Genting. Georgina teaches a wide variety of dance styles to all age groups. Her love for dance has allowed Georgina to develop a strong passion for fitness too, making her an energetic & highly skilled fitness trainer. Georgina loves sharing her knowledge and passion for dance and fitness with her students.

Born in Brisbane, Australia, Anastasia started dancing at the age of 6 and only pursued it as a beloved hobby. At the age of 12 years old, she was recommended by one of her teachers to dance professionally and from then on dancing became her career goal & grew into a passion. Soon after, in 2013, Anastasia started dancing at Maximo Dance Studio and as a result was accepted into the Queensland Ballet Academy Year 10 Full Time program in 2016.
Anastasia is currently undergoing full time training at Queensland National Ballet. In 2018 she will be graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Dance and hopes to pass her acquired knowledge about professional ballet training to the younger generation of dancers with a passion for dance.
