DANCE STUDIOS

Located centrally in the funky Woolloongabba and occupying the whole of the upper floor, Maximo Dance Studio offers 2 large fully fitted out dance studios for hire to responsible, nice individuals.

There are in wall barres and mirrors in both studios that are both air-conditioned, with timber flooring. The space also has a separate change room/kitchenette. There is onsite parking and plenty of street parking around. Studio is close to public transport, only 5 minute walk from Woolloongabba Bus station, a short trip from the city, and a minute drive to motorway entrance. There are ample variety of cafes and shops nearby.

STUDIO 1

90 m2 approx

Casual Hire $40/hr (2 hrs minimum)
Long term Hire $35/hr (minimum 6 months contract)
One off Full week day: $300 (9 am to 5 pm, thereafter per hourly rate)
One off Full day on weekend: $350 (9 am to 5 pm, thereafter per hourly rate)
Minimum 2 hours lease, $800 bond for any type of hire applies, refundable on acceptance of premises.

Availability:
During school term Monday to Thursday anytime in the morning until 4 pm, please enquire for evening availability;
Friday anytime;
Saturday morning please enquire about availability, Saturday afternoon from 1:30 pm to evening;
Sunday anytime.
During school holidays studio is available any day and anytime, with the exception of one off studio events, please enquire to check availability.

STUDIO 2

54 m2 approx

Casual Hire $35/hr (2 hrs minimum)
Long term Hire $30/hr (minimum 6 months contract)
One off Full week day: $250 (9 am to 5 pm, thereafter per hourly rate)
One off Full day on weekend: $300 (9 am to 5 pm, thereafter per hourly rate)
Minimum 2 hours lease, $800 bond for any type of hire applies, refundable on acceptance of premises.

Availability:
During school term Monday, Tuesday and Thursday anytime in the morning until 4 pm, please enquire for evening availability; Wednesday and Friday anytime;
Saturday morning please enquire about availability, Saturday afternoon to evening anytime;
Sunday anytime.

During school holidays studio is available any day and anytime, with the exception of one off studio events, please enquire to check availability.

Sound system is not included in the hire, you will need to bring your own speaker.
